ABV 3.2% | IBU 24

This beer is a full bodied and flavoursome as they come at this percentage. Malt forward and complex with notes of caramel and coffee. A small taste of chocolate to finish. Most of the aroma for this beer comes from the malt but the hops showcase slight floral and citrus notes.

Malts: Pale, Caramunich, Caramel, Chocolate Wheat, Carahell, Carapils.

Hops: Cascade, Amarillo, Citra.

Yeast: Windsor.

ABV 3.5% | IBU 19

A German style lager that has been brewed using traditional German methods to bring forward the subtle malt flavours. This beer has a subtle floral aroma on top of a beautiful dry malt aftertaste. Neither rich nor hoppy, this beer is light bodied yet tasty at a sessionable strength.

Malts: Pale, Munich II, Carapils.

Hops: Saaz, Tettnang.

Yeast: Lager.

ABV 4.0% | IBU 25

Made for the beer drinkers. At a sessionable 4%, this full bodied beer still packs a punch. We have used hops from our neighbours in New Zealand to give a huge fruit-forward hop flavour that compliments the malt perfectly. Aromas of stone fruits and fig, with a decent chunk of oats to give a decent body, this beer is one tasty brew you’ll be glad to drink a few.

Malts: Maris Otter, Munich T2, Carapils, Wheat, Rolled Oats, Golden Naked Oats.

Hops: Citra, Rakau (NZ), Simcoe.

Yeast: BRY97.

ABV 4.2% | IBU 23

Clean, crisp, and fresh. Canola gold in colour and full flavoured. This Aussie Draught has all the flavour without the fruitiness that other craft beers all have. Clean bitterness from the Australian Ella hops and easy drinking from start to finish.

Malts: Pale, Caramunich, Carapils, Carafa.

Hops: Ella.

Yeast: US-05.

Pale ales have become the standard of craft beer because they are easy drinking, light and fruity. This pale ale has a nice combination of hops that sit nicely balanced with moderate bitterness. Delicious hop flavours of berries, pine, and grapefruit. Tropical fruit and citrus aromas complement a medium malt body rounding out a very drinkable beer.

Malts: Pale, Vienna, Carapils, Caramunich.

Hops: Mosaic, Enigma, Cascade, Citra.

Yeast: RY97.

ABV 6.0% | IBU 24

An IPL stands for India Pale Lager. Really, it’s just a lager beer that’s treated like an IPA. This means you can get the crisp lager taste, but with complementary hoppy flavours and aromas. This IPL is hopped up with 6 types of hops at various stages of the brewing process to maximise the flavour. It’s light bodied and easy drinking, with diverse citrus flavours from the hops. There is a slight sulphur notes, typical from a lager yeast, but also hints of melons, papaya, lemon, and lime.

Malts: Pale, Munich T2, Carapils.

Hops: Riwaka (NZ), Nelson Sauvin, Centennial, Amarillo, Ekuanot, Simcoe.

Yeast: Lager.

ABV 4.0% | IBU 29

A refreshing, easy drinking dark lager. Mid strength and light bodied. Complex, well balanced malt flavours of chocolate, caramel, and slight roast notes resulting from the grain bill. Smooth bitterness and a floral aroma.

Malts: Pale, Munich, Chocolate Wheat, Carafa, Caramunich, Carapils, Wheat.

Hops: Perle, Pacifica, Saaz.

Yeast: Lager.

ABV 5.0%

Pear and Apple Cider are similar with subtle differences in fruit flavour and sweetness. This version of Blood Orange Pear Cider is a little sweeter and less tart than if it was made from Apples however it is balanced with a nice blend of Blood Orange to provide a unique and refreshing taste. Best served on ice, dressed with herbs like mint, basil or a slice of fruit.
