We’re thrilled to introduce Forester Estate’s Lifestyle Range – a collection of premium wines from one of Margaret River’s most respected family-owned wineries – now available exclusively at The Club Hotel Southern Cross.

Crafted in the heart of Yallingup, Forester Estate has been producing exceptional wines since 2001, combining state-of-the-art winemaking technology with time-honoured techniques to bring out the bold, vibrant flavours of northern Margaret River fruit.

Lifestyle Chardonnay 2023
Rich and full with a soft creamy texture. Nutty oak and fresh fruit characters of apple, kiwifruit, honeydew melon and peach.

Lifestyle Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Fresh snowpea flavours fill the palate along with lychee, nettle, gooseberry and gauva. A fresh and vibrant wine with great drinkability.

Lifestyle Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Tropical fruit characters of lychee and guava. A wine loaded with fruit punch and balanced acidity.

Lifestyle Cabernet 2022
Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. This Cabernet displays ripe fruit characters of cassis and mulberry with bay leaf and subtle oak.

Lifestyle Shiraz 2022
A rich and ripe shiraz with ripe fruit characters of plum and boysenberry along with aniseed, pepper and toasty oak.

Lifestyle Cabernet Merlot 2021
Bright fruit characters of red berry, plum and blackberry, along with lavender, cocoa and damp earth. A subtle but complex wine that’s all about drinkability.
