Pipeline Lager is brewed with the finest German malt, hops and yeast – but arguably the two most important ingredients are time and temperature. We gently cold-cellar the beer for six weeks, and serve it unfiltered. All these ingredients combine in perfect harmony to create a beer that will satisfy, but not overwhelm, your palate, ideal for a hot summer day – Prost!

Malts: Weyermann Pilsner, Munich T2 , Carahell.

Hops: Hallertauer Mittelfrueh.

Yeast: Diamond Lager.

Traditional ginger beer is usually a sweetened and carbonated version of a non-alcoholic beverage where the alcohol content resulting from the natural fermentation of prepared ginger spice, yeast and sugar. Our Ginger beer is produced from all natural fresh ingredients to produce a drink with spicy ginger flavour with zesty lemon and a caramel sweetness.

At just 3.5% ABV, its easy to enjoy on hot summer days, cold winter nights…. or just about anytime.

This Irish stout is a black coloured beer, which are made to be easy drinking and crush-able. It contains more nitrogen gas and less carbon dioxide than a traditional beer. As result the foam created is thicker and lasts longer, paving the way for a velvety smooth texture. Expect aromas of lightly roasted coffee and chocolate followed up with a soft bitterness and a dry finish.

Malts: Pale malt, flaked barley, brown malt, roasted barley, black malt.

Hops: Chinook, Pacifica.

Yeast: Nottingham Ale.

ABV 4.2% | IBU 23

Clean, crisp, and fresh. Canola gold in colour and full flavoured. This Aussie Draught has all the flavour without the fruitiness that other craft beers all have. Clean bitterness from the Australian Ella hops and easy drinking from start to finish.

Malts: Pale, Caramunich, Carapils, Carafa.

Hops: Ella.

Yeast: US-05.

ABV 4.3% | IBU 24

An IPL stands for India Pale Lager. Really, it’s just a lager beer that’s treated like an IPA. This means you can get the crisp lager taste, but with complementary hoppy flavours and aromas. This IPL is hopped up with 6 types of hops at various stages of the brewing process to maximise the flavour. It’s light bodied and easy drinking, with diverse citrus flavours from the hops. There is a slight sulphur notes, typical from a lager yeast, but also hints of melons, papaya, lemon, and lime.

Malts: Pale, Munich T2, Carapils.

Hops: Riwaka (NZ), Nelson Sauvin, Centennial, Amarillo, Ekuanot, Simcoe.

Yeast: Lager.

ABV 4.5%

Made with all apple juice, our dry apple cider is refreshingly crisp. Tart with a light apple sweetness and lower in alcohol, making it a truly session able option.

Pale Ales are one of the more common and robust styles of beer you will see in craft breweries, and for good reason. This beer is usually what you’ll reach for if you want a beer that is light, sinkable, and refreshing with a little bit more hop flavour than a Lager. Pale Ales typically are medium bodied, lighter in colour and with fruity aromas and flavours from bigger hop additions. Our Pale is slightly hazy and straw in colour with an upfront fruit taste and a tart sweetness.

Malts: Pale-Wheat-Vienna-Munich.

Hops: Citra-Ella.

Yeast: American West Coast Ale.

ABV 6.4% | IBU 61

Cooee! IPA is our take on the classic West Coast IPA style using an East Coast Ale strain because we like the flavour profile it produces. It is brewed to balance the nose, mouth feel, body and hop aromas. Broad dry-hopping from whirlpool through to double dry hopping produces sweet stone fruit and citrus aromas that balance well with the full bodied well rounded rich malts.

Malts: Pale-Vienna-Caramunich T2-Oats.

Hops: Mosaic-Galaxy-Rakau-Simcoe-Amarillo.

Yeast: New England Ale.
